Cabin Review: Bliss in the mountains

Absolutely stunning cabin. We loved the peace and tranquility of the area. Views of the mountains, springboks and zebras. Definitely a place everyone should visit and spend a few days. Loved the decor in the cabin with everything that you need to make your stay memorable.

This stay was definitely one for the books. I need to stay longer next time to really take in all the beauty this property has. It gets really hot in Tulbagh so the aircons were an absolute need.

It’s really well put together, great use of the space. The comfort and tranquility you find here is amazing. Views from the balcony are absolutely stunning & we were even blessed with Springboks (their calves were so cute) lounging around close by.

Deon was super proactive in his welcome email and responsive whenever needed. Thank you with love!

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was equipped with everything that we needed, and the view and ambience were tranquil and peaceful, exactly what was needed. We would love to enjoy this experience again in the future. Thank you to Deon and Eli.

The pictures do not do justice. The lodge is absolutely stunning with views that will stay with you forever

We loved it. Zebras and lots of wildlife 50 yards away

We had an issue with the door and was fixed by Tony the same day. He was so friendly and funny

Book this place if you want a beautiful and peaceful stay

Go to Fynbos farm and cafe for good food and coffee.

Thanks for a fab stay

If you’re in search of a modern, tastefully furnished space that offers both relaxation and an appreciation for design and decor, then this is the perfect place for you. The highlight is the ability to blend outdoor and indoor living; just open the sliding doors to invite nature inside. Spend your days lounging on the patio, gazing across the river into the meadow, where you can enjoy views of wildlife, including springboks and zebras, all while being serenaded by bird songs and the gentle trickle of the river below.
